1 Introduction and Acceptance

bak33 (hereinafter "Platform", "we" or "us") provides an online casino and cricket betting service for users in Bangladesh. When you register, log in, or use this platform in any way, you automatically agree to comply with all the terms and conditions stated below.

This agreement has been prepared in Bengali and is effective according to Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6). In the event of any dispute, the Bengali version will be considered authoritative.

2 Account Registration

2.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual, family, or household (from the same IP address or device) may open only one bak33 account. Creating multiple accounts will be considered bonus fraud and all accounts and balances may be confiscated.

3 Eligibility Criteria

To use bak33 services, the following conditions must be met:

• You must have the legal capacity to use the service.
• You are placing bets voluntarily and with your own money, and not on behalf of anyone else.
• Your account has not been previously closed by bak33.
• You are not currently enrolled in any active self-exclusion program.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.2 Wagering Conditions

To withdraw bonus funds, you must wager 15 times the total bonus amount. Example: a ৳6,000 bonus requires ৳90,000 in wagering. If you withdraw the bonus before completing the wagering requirement, the bonus and associated winnings will be cancelled.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each user will receive the welcome bonus only once.
• Multiple bonus offers cannot be taken at the same time unless explicitly stated.
• Bonuses have a set expiry period — unused bonuses will be cancelled after expiry.
• bak33 reserves the right to modify or cancel bonus offers at any time.
• Bonuses are only usable on the bak33 platform and are not convertible to cash.

5.4 VIP Program

Regular players can enjoy the benefits of our three-tier VIP program. The Bronze tier offers up to 0.4% weekly cashback, the Silver tier up to 0.8%, and the Gold tier up to 1.2%. Cashback is added to the account on a weekly basis. Progression to higher tiers depends on activity and engagement.

6 Gaming Rules

6.1 Game Results

The results of all games on bak33 are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG) on the respective game provider's server. Each round is independent and does not depend on previous results. We work with certified game providers to ensure fair play.

6.2 Betting Limits

• Harassing, threatening or abusing other users.
